Dover Elevator is sold to ThyssenKrupp Elevator. Marshall remians the only independent new construction distributor of ThyssenKrupp Elevator products in Western Pa.
2000
Marshall Elevator is awarded a $4.9 million 21 unit escalator and elevator installation of Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pitt Panthers.
2004
Marshall Elevator is awarded a $1.2 million 13 car modernization of the historic Gulf Tower Building in downtown Pittsburgh.
2006
Marshall Elevator receives approval from the State of Pennsylvania to install ThyssenKrupp's TWIN elevator system into The University of Pittsburgh's historic landmark property, the Cathedral of Learning. TWIN
